1. Introduction
- Frescia is developed and maintained by Matei Marin (“Frescia,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

- This Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use Frescia’s website and services (the “Service”).
2. What we collect
- Account and auth: email address, account creation date
- Content you provide: prompts, settings, styles you create, reference images you upload, and generated images;
- Purchases: credit pack purchases via our payment provider. We store limited transaction details; card data is handled by the provider.
3. How we use information
- Provide and operate the Service, generate images, and maintain your library (contract).
- Secure the Service, prevent abuse/fraud, and enforce our Terms (legitimate interests; legal obligation).
- Troubleshoot, support, fix errors, and improve performance and user experience.
- We do not use your content to train AI models.
4. Third Party
- We share information with service providers acting on our instructions, in order to provide the Service:
- Authentication/DB/storage/server functions: Google Cloud
- AI model provider: OpenAI
- Payments processing: Stripe
- Email: Resend
- Hosting: Nuxt Hub and related cloud infrastructure.
5. Data Retention
- We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service.
- You can delete your account and content in Settings. Your account and content (account/personal information, styles, objects) will be deleted immediately. Logs of your activity like server requests and credit orders will be retained, but are only tied to your user ID and not to any personal information.
6. Your rights
- Depending on where you live (including EEA, Switzerland, and UK), you can:
- Access your data, correct it, delete it, or request a copy (portability).
- Object to or restrict certain processing done on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent at any time (for things based on consent).
7. Changes to this Policy
- We may update this Policy. We’ll post the new version with a “Last updated” date and provide notice of material changes. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy.
